That brain -- created cultures, the (legal) persons in them, and the languages they speak. We live in culture (rooted in nature). We are not alone --Consider that we can see in the night like a cat with night vision goggles, we can fly higher and faster than any bird in airplanes, we can transmit sound and images through the air to talk to and see one another anywhere, we know the age of the universe and more and more about the processes which brought the Earth into being and ourselves to inhabit it.Culture aims at compensating for senses we lack and augmenting the senses that we do have.
